Sliding Fee Scale

MVHC offers a sliding fee scale discount to all patients who meet income qualifications. In most cases, a nominal fee of $25.00 is accessed based on the Federal Poverty guidelines listed below. 

 

Patients will need to provide proof of household income prior to discounts being honored. Discounts are available to all patients of MVHC if they qualify, even if they have medical insurance.
