Meet Our Providers
Holly Baker
APRN, NNP-BC
.
Holly earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Ohio University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Muskingum University, and her Master of Science in Nursing - Neonatal Nurse Practitioner from The Ohio State University. After working in the nursery at Genesis for 30 years, Holly was encouraged to return to school to become a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner by the team and doctors she worked with. Holly enjoys being present for deliveries and working with newborns and parents. She says the first 20 minutes after delivery are critical and one of her favorite parts of her job!
A fun fact about Holly is she hates pepperoni! She loves the beach, and her favorite flowers are sunflowers. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and making memories with them! Holly joined the MVHC Team in October of 2023.
Holly provides Neonatal Care at Ohio Health Southeastern Medical Center in Cambridge as an MVHC Provider.
Dr. Danielle Clark
DO
Dr. Clark obtained her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatrics residency at Indiana University School of Medicine.
Amanda Day
APRN
MVHC School Mobile Health
Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Mount Saint Mary College and her Master of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University College of Nursing. Amanda chose to leave her career in corporate retail and pursue her calling of becoming a Nurse Practitioner after losing a couple of close family members to preventable conditions. She has always had the desire to help others and wanted to be on the frontlines providing preventative care to children and helping them lay a foundation for a healthy future. Amanda has a special place in her heart for helping children struggling with their mental health.
A fun fact about Amanda is she and her soon-to-be husband have four rescue dogs! They enjoy hiking, gardening, and spending time with their family. Amanda hopes to get her doctorate in nursing in the future. She joined the MVHC Team in September of 2023.
Daryan Hambel
APRN
Daryan obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University. From a young age, she knew that she wanted to work in healthcare and help people get through the most vulnerable times in their lives. While she enjoys working with children and adult patients, she particularly enjoys working with children, as they are honest, strong, and resilient.
A fun fact about Daryan is that she lived in Cincinnati for 8 years. While in Cincinnati, she worked at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital for 5 years on the Neuroscience/Trauma unit.
Erin Lee
APRN
Erin earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and her Master of Science in Nursing – Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from The Ohio State University. Erin started her nursing career over 20 years ago as a licensed practical nurse and later a registered nurse. She credits her decision to become a nurse practitioner to the amazing group of pediatric providers she worked with who encouraged her to continue her education. Erin enjoys working with all pediatric age groups. She finds it especially rewarding when she gains the trust of timid patients and sees them excited to see her on their next visit.
A fun fact about Erin is that she was born and raised right here in Zanesville. Having the opportunity to give back to the children in her community is very important to her. In her free time, you can find Erin cheering on her kids at their sporting events!
Erin is a current employee of Nationwide Children's Hospital providing pediatric services in partnership with MVHC.
Dr. Courtney Nelson
MD
Courtney Nelson obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Pre-medicine from Kent State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She completed her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Toledo College of Medicine where she received the Glidden L. Brooks Award for graduating at the top of her class. Dr. Nelson completed her pediatric residency training at Nationwide Children's Hospital/The Ohio State University in Columbus. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Danielle Roberts
MD
Dr. Roberts earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ohio University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2007. She went on to complete her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Toledo College of Medicine, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class in 2011. Dr. Roberts completed her residency in Pediatrics at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and has been with MVHC since 2014.
Marian Valentine
APRN
Marian graduated from Ohio University with a Masters of Science in Nursing, specializing in Family Practice. Marian specializes in Child Health Medicine at MVHC and has been with MVHC since 2017.
Kyle Carpenter
APRN
Kyle is a Family Nurse Practitioner who earned his Bachelor of Science from Ohio University and his Master of Science from the Ohio State University School of Nursing. He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Before his employment at MVHC, Kyle was a registered nurse at Genesis Healthcare Systems. He practices at our South Zanesville office in both pediatrics and adult health.
Dr. Kaci Cunningham
DO
Dr. Cunningham obtained her medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed her pediatric residency at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and recently completed a sports medicine fellowship at Akron Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Cunningham recalls always wanting to be a pediatrician. When she was three years old, her parents caught her on video, stating that she wanted to be a doctor like Dr. Rangaswamy. Her dream has always been to come back home to Southeastern Ohio to give back to the community that supported her and shaped her into the person she is. Her favorite patients to see are student athletes, as she has been involved with sports throughout her life. Her goal as a pediatrician and sports medicine physician is to keep kids active, healthy, and injury-free so that they can continue to play the sports that they love.
Dr. Kevin Doyle
MD
Dr. Doyle obtained his medical education from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and completed his pediatrics residency at Advocate Children’s Hospital in Illinois.
Dr. Doyle will be serving the pediatrics population at our South Zanesville location.
Dr. Ellen Kumler
MD
Dr. Ellen Kumler earned her Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She also completed courses in Public Health at the University of Florida. Dr. Kumler decided to become a physician as it combines science and getting to work with people every day. She loves working with children of all ages and enjoys partnering with their families to help them grow into a lifetime of better health. She previously worked at Superior Med Pediatrics in Cambridge.
A fun fact about Dr. Kumler is that she was a flight surgeon in the Navy. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing and watching sports, listening to live music, getting outside, and spending time with her family and friends.
Dr. Kumler is a current employee of Nationwide Children's Hospital providing physician services in partnership with MVHC.
Courtney McCullough
APRN
Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and her Master of Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University of Nursing. Courtney says she was called to nursing as she has always been a natural caretaker. When she started her career in nursing at the age of 16, she knew she wanted to become a nurse practitioner one day. After working as a nurse for 15 years, Courtney returned to school to fulfill that lifelong dream. She was driven to become more involved in the hands-on treatment of her patients, providing a holistic patient-centered approach. Courtney’s biggest passion in treating patients is symptom management. She receives such joy in helping her patients feel better and improving their quality of life by finding solutions to whatever has been bothering them.
A fun fact about Courtney is that she, her husband, and their three sons are pizza fanatics. They have pizza every Friday night, switching between homemade, store bought, and restaurant pizza. It is a tradition she and her husband started when they were dating and they have never broken it – even if they are traveling. Courtney joined the MVHC Team in May of 2024.
Jessica Pohlman
APRN
Jessica earned her Bachelor of Art in Biology from Capital University and her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. She always knew she wanted to work in the medical field and chose to become a nurse practitioner to have a part in medical decision making for her patients. Jessica enjoys treating all pediatric patients, but especially likes the toddler age as she finds it to be one of the most fun ages.
A fun fact about Jessica is that she does oil painting as a side hobby for relaxation. She loves to travel, see the world, and become engulfed in different cultures. Jessica joined the MVHC Team in May of 2024.
Kristen Tracey
APRN
Kristen earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Ohio University. While working as a nurse, she would hear from patients that they were uncomfortable discussing certain issues with their doctor. This inspired her to become a nurse practitioner, as she can connect with her patients making them feel comfortable discussing their concerns and medical issues. Kristen enjoys treating patients with a variety of conditions.
A fun fact about Kristen is she enjoys going camping with her family. Kristen joined the MVHC Team in January of 2024.
Our Children’s Health team provides care to children from birth to age 19. Our caring team of providers is made up of pediatricians and nurse practitioners.
